Description
A refreshing and icy take on the classic cappuccino: cold espresso chilled with ice and topped with a soft, frothy milk foam. Ideal as a light, refreshing drink on hot days.
Ingredients
2 cups espresso — recommended Starbucks® House Blend by Nespresso® (or other blend of your choice)
80 ml of cold milk
6–8 ice cubes
A pinch of cinnamon (optional, for flavoring)

Make the coffee: Brew two cups of hot espresso.
Chill espresso: Place ice cubes in a blender or glass and pour the hot espresso over the ice. Stir/beat for 5–6 seconds to quickly chill it.
Froth the milk: Froth the cold milk until it forms a thick, fluffy foam. You can use a manual or electric milk frother.
Assemble the drink: Pour the chilled espresso into the glass with ice.
Add the foam: Gently pour the milk foam over the espresso.
Garnish: Add a pinch of cinnamon to the top if you want a spicy touch.
Serve: Insert an eco-friendly straw and enjoy your iced cappuccino!
