Shipping Policy

Shipments are made exclusively within Switzerland.

Orders are shipped via one of the following services:

  • Economy Pack

  • Priority Pack

The shipping method can be:

  • chosen directly by the customer during the checkout process, where available, or

  • automatically assigned by the system, based on the contents, weight, destination and urgency of the order.

In both cases, we guarantee maximum reliability and traceability of the package.

Processing times

All orders confirmed by 2:00 PM are prepared and shipped the same business day.
Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery and shipping times

Order shipping times

  • If all the items in your order have the same delivery date, as indicated on the product page, the order will be shipped the same day.

  • If one or more items have a different delivery date, the order will be shipped when all products are available and will be delivered within the expected time frame, usually within 5–7 working days.

This allows us to guarantee you a unique, safe and complete shipment.

Shipping costs

For shipments to Switzerland

  • CHF 10.– for orders under CHF 50.–

  • Free shipping on orders over CHF 50.–

The cost is calculated automatically during the checkout process.

Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your package tracking number.

Important notes

  • Deliveries take place on weekdays, from Monday to Friday.

  • In the event of exceptional events (e.g., holidays, postal delays), delivery times may vary beyond our control.
